Husky Ambassadors is a collection of 250+ voices sharing their stories. At Northeastern, Husky Ambassadors are the storytellers of our vibrant campus life. As student leaders from diverse backgrounds and disciplines, we are dedicated to welcoming visitors and showcasing what it means to be a Husky. Whether leading tours, hosting events, or speaking on panels, we share our personal journeys and unique experiences to inspire others. After all, we all have stories to tell. What will yours be?

External Communications Committee

Spearheaded by the incredibly talented Steven Boehm, the External Communications Committee is responsible for maintaining the Northeastern Admissions student blogs as well as posting on social media, brainstorming and creating media content, and finding fun and exciting new ways to create community through the stories we share. From capitalizing on the latest TikTok trends to writing insightful blog posts about the Northeastern Experience, COMMittee truly shapes the way that prospective students view Northeastern. Husky Development Committee

Husky Development Committee is a cohort of seasoned Husky Ambassadors who are dedicated to the improvement of the organization. Through the certification of new tour guides and the evaluation of current ones, we strive for all HAs to uphold the HAndbook and represent Northeastern as best they can. Led by Brynn Waszmer and Lucia Barrera, Husky Development Mentors are taught the necessary skills to be role models in the organization. When HDMs aren’t undercover during tours, you can catch them holding workshops in the visitor center (and on occasion having fun under the sun)!

Recruitment Committee

Under the guidance of the spectacular Emma Kohrt and brilliant Avery Melam, the Husky Ambassadors Recruitment Committee is a team of Husky Ambassadors tasked with building the HA community, through a series of recruitment initiatives in order to select our new class of Husky Ambassadors. They exercise their skills to do everything from helping to read and rate applications to conducting interviews, making them an integral part to the Husky Ambassadors family.

Programming Committee

Following incredible Programming Chair, Sangeetha Punnam, the Programming Committee is an ambitious team of Husky Ambassadors who create events for Husky Ambassadors to foster a greater sense of community within the organization. From scavenger hunts to banquets, this committee truly does it all to bring Husky Ambassadors from every walk of life together.
